In light of the overwhleming misconduct and criminal activities by the banks/financial institutions in the Royal Banking Commission and being exposed to the prolific conduct in a significant case, we are determined to expose such conduct that has permeated into our legal system and bring light on the matter whilst also empowering the general public/consumers of their rights which they have not been educated or made aware of when it comes to credit law and the obligations in which financial institutions must comply before the can pursue any claim purporting to be under a credit contract.
